I am thrilled to extend an invitation to all of you for my Summer Event taking place at Lake Wilcox on June 17, 2023. This special occasion marks the celebration of Richmond Hill’s 150th anniversary.

Time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Event Location: Lake Wilcox Park
Reserve Parking: 55 Olde Bayview Ave, Richmond Hill
Event opens at 11:30am and closes at 2:30pm

Free Ice Cream Coupons:

To kick off the festivities, we will be distributing Free Ice Cream coupons starting at 11:30 a.m. Up to 3 coupons per family. Both Registration tables 1 and 2 will have coupons available. The first 750 residents to come will get a free treat! If coupons are all out, you can still treat yourself to a delightful and delicious ice cream treat for a special price! As there is a limited number of free coupons, please come earlier!Don’t worry there will also be lots of delicious food that can be purchased at the amazing food trucks.

Parking Information:

North parking lot (North Lake Rd & Old Bayview) is exclusively for registered residents. First-come, first-served basis, one vehicle per household. Volunteers will guide you. Bring ID to confirm Richmond Hill residency. Download your free parking pass at https://parking.richmondhill.ca/. Good for the entire year. Limited parking so please register. Please make sure to print and display the permit on the vehicle dash. There is also additional parking at the Oak Ridges Community Center.

As part of our ongoing commitment to promoting sustainability within our community, we are happy to offer you at our event FREE purified water! So don’t forget to bring your own water bottle so you can have a refreshing drink of water during the event!
